THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so bad, it makes me want to throw up. I've used it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The quality is pathetic, and the features are stupid. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd purchased something usable instead. S
